Quite possibly the artist's favorite work to date, this atmospheric painting offers a luminousity through thin layers of scumbled paint. Soft and feathery grays give way to a glow of both golden light and almost electric blue on the horizon. The dark water ripples quietly under the spacious ether. This painting represents a contemplative state of a scene that feels both shifting and timeless.
